New characters, and a new element: Metal
The character picker has new faces across the elements, and Metal arrives with its first four characters.
The character picker has new faces across the elements, and Metal arrives with its first four characters.
This is how each of them looks at the start. Wrenna, Dozer, Grim and Lotor come first: they are the Metal characters. Wrenna is a hamster, Dozer a capybara, Grim a house cat and Lotor a raccoon.

XoloA student picks a character at their first level-up. Every level-up after that changes the character by one stage, ten stages in all, and the ranks keep going after that.
Some characters grow into heroes with gear, and those open when a student reaches rank 1. Among the newcomers these are Bosun, Dozer, Lotor, Noir, Raika and Wrenna. The others are open from the start. A student who already has a hero character keeps it.
Umi is now a little axolotl in the corner of the class screen. She shows how she feels, dances with the class when a student levels up, and can start the class games for you.
